Nuestro enfoque principal son las leyes familiares, el área más importante de la ley que afecta a las personas de bajos ingresos. A menudo, estos casos involucran custodia y visitación de menores, manutención de menores, divorcio y maltrato doméstico. LADC también atiende necesidades de bajos ingresos en otras áreas legales, incluyendo leyes de consumidores, eliminación de expedientes criminales, inmigración, escuelas, servicios sociales, impuestos y jóvenes.
Puede participar de cualquiera de las clínicas legales y sesiones informativas gratis que se llevan a cabo a través del condado de Dakota independientemente de que califique o no para nuestra ayuda legal gratis. Tenemos centros de autoayuda de leyes familiares varios días del mes y una clínica de leyes del consumidor cada semana. También tenemos clínicas y sesiones adicionales ciertos días de la semana a través del año que abarcan otras áreas legales, como información de impuestos, inmigración y eliminación de expedientes criminales.
