29 de octubre de 2024A victim of stalking by a perpetrator who is a stranger to or acquaintance of the victim shall be eligible to receive all services, benefits, and other forms of assistance provided by Chapter 28 of this Title, provided the services, benefits, and other forms of assistance are applicable based on the status of the relationship between the victim and perpetrator.
