Included in this list are organizations that provide free or low-cost legal services to victims and survivors of abuse, as well as to others who qualify. Even if the organization does not have a lawyer available to represent you in court, you may want to ask if there is a lawyer with whom you can consult to obtain advice. We list the organizations by the county where the office is located, but many offices serve multiple counties. We indicate the “counties served” whenever possible. The Guam office of Micronesian Legal Services Corporation (MLSC) provides high-quality legal assistance to eligible residents of Guam in civil law issues. Some of MLSC’s priorities and legal service areas include: services to support the well-being of the family, housing, helping survivors of domestic violence, access to health care, and populations with special vulnerabilities.
