Included in this list are organizations that provide free or low-cost legal services to victims and survivors of abuse, as well as to others who qualify. Even if the organization does not have a lawyer available to represent you in court, you may want to ask if there is a lawyer with whom you can consult to obtain advice. We list the organizations by the county where the office is located, but many offices serve multiple counties. We indicate the “counties served” whenever possible. Provides free legal services to low-income individuals including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. They can help with legal issues such as divorce, custody, protection orders, representation in Title IX proceedings, and more. Request services by phone, in person, or by completing the online application. A legal advice line is offered for domestic violence issues; call the intake line to be connected to the advice line. This office location serves Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties.
