Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter for victims and their pets, safety planning, peer counseling, support groups, court advocacy, assistance with protection orders, emergency transportation, housing advocacy, and more. The DVACK Concordia office serves Cloud, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, and Washington counties.

SOS provides services to victims of sexual and domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse and neglect. SOS has four programs that offer a variety of victim services. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter for all genders, crisis intervention, court accompaniment, help with protection orders, a child advocacy center, court-appointed advocates, and safe visitations. Serving Chase, Coffey, Lyon, Morris, and Osage counties.
