Lawyer Referral Services

If you are a victim or survivor of abuse, you may want to ask the Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service whether or not they screen for lawyers who are experienced in handling domestic violence cases. The Montana Lawyer Referral Service is a directory provided by the State Bar of Montana to assist those with legal needs in finding a lawyer who is most appropriate for their legal needs. The referral service offers a directory of attorneys and their legal practice area. Legal practice areas include, but are not limited to: agricultural law, bankruptcy, child custody/support, divorce, domestic violence, family law, immigration, sexual harassment, tribal law, and more. The Montana Lawyer Referral Service is serves the state of Montana.
