Abused Persons Outreach Center, Inc. (APOC) provides crisis intervention, support and counseling services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Serves: Barnes, Griggs and Steele counties.

Spirit Lake Victim Assistance provides advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Other services include: crisis counseling, follow-up, referral to shelter, support groups, emergency services, financial emergency assistance, transportation (limited), referrals, information, assistance with victim compensation forms and legal advocacy. Serves Benson and R​amsey counties.

The Family Crisis Center provides 24 hour emergency shelter, 24 hour crisis line, crisis intervention, support counseling, legal advocacy, sexual assault advocacy programs, information and referrals. Serves Bottineau and Rolette counties.

The Abused Adult Resource Center operates a 24-hour crisis hotline, safe house for temporary shelter and a specialized program for children. Services are free and confidential 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, focused on survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, rape / sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking or abuse in later life. Serves Barnes, Griggs and Steele counties.

The Rape & Abuse Crisis Center (RACC) operates a 24-hour crisis line and offers in-person assistance, emergency housing and advocacy and assistance with legal, medical, social service and other systems. The RACC also provides counseling for male and female victims of all ages, runs a variety of support groups, and offers play therapy for young child victims. Serves Cass, Clay, Wilkin and Traill counties.

Domestic Violence & Abuse Center, Inc. assists, educates, and empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. All services are free and confidential. Services include: 24-Hour Crisis Line, emergency shelter, emotional support, safety planning, legal advocacy within the criminal justice system, walk-in services during business hours by trained staff and volunteers, referrals and accompaniment to services (housing, medical, mental health, financial assistance, child care) and assistance with obtaining domestic violence protection orders and/or sexual assault restraining orders. Serves Walsh, Cavalier and Pembina counties.

The Kedish House provides a safe house for emergency shelter, a 24-hour crisis line, victim stabilization, crisis counseling, child care while a parent is receiving services, and emergency personal items including: food clothing, household items and furniture. The Kedish House also offers pre-trial preparation and courtroom orientation, criminal justice support and advocacy, assistance in filing compensation claims and with protection orders. Serves: Logan, McIntosh, Dickey, LaMoure and Sargent counties.

The Community Violence Intervention Center provides an emergency shelter and transitional housing, crisis and supportive services, children’s services, court advocacy, and career counseling. The Community Violence Intervention Center also offers a domestic violence offender treatment program. Serves Grand Forks and Nelson counties.

Family Crisis Shelter provides emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking victims and their children. Serves McKenzie and Williams counties.

The McLean Family Resource Center operates a 24-hour crisis hotline, provides law enforcement and judicial advocacy, transportation, and follow-up support. There can also provide food and household goods.​ Serving McLean County. Also provides victim witness services to clients in McLean and Sheridan counties.

Mercer County Women’s Action & Resource Center (WARC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in rural North Dakota. Providing: 24 hour crisis line, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, judicial advocacy, safety planning, information and referral, counseling, support group and food pantry.

Three Affiliated Tribes victim services offers help to individuals that ​are in need from the effects of domestic violence. Services include: emotional support, personal advocacy, assistance in filing a criminal complaint (protection order or restraining order), transportation, help seeking medical attention, ​referrals to law enforcement, emergency shelter, ​counseling and support groups.

SAFE Alternatives for Abused Families provides emergency shelter, crisis intervention, prevention activities, legal advocacy, and outreach to rural communities. Serves Benson, Ramsey, Nelson, Towner, Eddy and Wells counties.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, hotline available after office hours

The Abuse Resource Network & Therapy provides services in Ransom and Sargent County to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse. All services are free and confidential. Services provided include: 24- hour crisis line, advocacy (personal and legal), counseling, short term safe housing, emergency needs, community education and victim witness assistance. Serves Ransom and Sargent counties.

Three Rivers Crisis Center provides the following services: 24-hour crisis line, crisis intervention, short-term safe housing, counseling with a certified therapist, assistance with Orders for Protection, criminal justice advocacy, advocacy with related community services, violence prevention education and other. ​All services are free and confidential. Serves Richland county.

Hearts of Hope provides: crisis intervention services, emergency shelter, case management, food and clothing and safety planning. Assistance available in English / Spanish. Serves Rolette county.

The Domestic Violence & Rape Crisis Center (DVRCC) operates a 24-hour crisis line, provides emergency shelter to male or female victims of domestic violence and their children. Support groups available. Serves Adams, Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Slope and Stark counties.

Safe Shelter provides crisis intervention through both personal and phone contact (available 24 hours a day), temporary emergency shelter for victims and their children. Serves Stutsman and Foster counties.
