WomenRising is a community-based organization that assists women and their families to achieve self-sufficiency and live safe, productive, and fulfilling lives. Their domestic violence services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, crisis intervention, support groups, safety planning, assistance with legal rights, restraining orders, and court accompaniment, and more. Services are offered in English and Spanish. Serving Hudson County.

SAFE in Hunterdon serves survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and works in collaboration with community partners and providers to offer trauma-informed services. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, counseling, community outreach, prevention programs, and more. Their response teams can provide support, accompaniment, and advocacy with police and hospitals. The shelter offers stays for up to 60 days for victims and their children, with individualized care, case management, counseling, and legal advocacy. Counseling services are available in English and Spanish.
