Survivors can call the hotline in any language and interpretation is provided. API Chaya is an agency created by survivors and for survivors from marginalized communities.

Consejo offers behavioral health services that are culturally and linguistically appropriate for Latinx survivors and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, safety planning, legal information and support, children’s programs, support groups, mental health support, immigrant survivor support, and more. Mobile advocates are able to meet with survivors in a safe location anywhere in South King County. Advocates speak English, Spanish, Ibo, Swahili, Russian, and Bulgarian, and can use interpreters to provide services in other languages.

The YWCA has several programs that serve survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and commercial sexual exploitation. Services include: emergency shelter, transitional housing, safety planning, support groups, programs for children and youth, legal services (protection orders, divorce, parenting plans, housing), and more. They offer specialized support groups for Black and African American women as well as Spanish-speaking women. Mobile advocates can meet survivors at safe locations throughout Seattle and South King County. Services are offered in English and Spanish.

The shelter does not allow pets but the YWCA partners with other organizations to provide pet safety while survivors live in the shelter. The legal advocate is bilingual in English and Spanish, and translation services are available for all languages.
