HOPE operates a shelter facility in Fairmont for those in need. They also assist clients with financial needs such as utility payments, rent, childcare, and many other various expenses as an individual works to begin their life free of violence. Additionally, they have support groups and community training.

Services include a crisis hotline, group and individual counseling, advocacy, support groups, community education, and emergency shelter. All services are confidential and free of charge. RDVIC serves victims in three counties through its shelter in Morgantown and outreach offices in Taylor and Preston counties.

Domestic violence services include a 24-hour hotline, temporary shelter, empowerment counseling, legal advocacy, assistance and advocacy with community resources, information and referral, prevention education, support groups, adult basic education and vocational planning, children’s groups and activities, a summer day camp, a STOP team, tutoring, and children’s advocacy.
Sexual assault services include legal advocacy and court accompaniment, information and referral, crisis intervention, support groups, a SART team, child sexual abuse investigation, parent education and support.
Prevention and community education services include school programs for all grades, speakers for community education and church groups, and in-service training for medical and other service providers.
The headquarters is located in Greenbrier County.
