Safe Harbors provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, emotional support, information and referrals, restraining order assistance, individual advocacy, support groups, emergency assistance/financial advocacy, court and hospital accompaniment, in-person crisis response (in a public location), and an emergency cell phone program. Safe Harbors serves Wallowa County.
