Included in this list are organizations that provide free or low-cost legal services to victims and survivors of abuse, as well as to others who qualify. Even if the organization does not have a lawyer available to represent you in court, you may want to ask if there is a lawyer with whom you can consult to obtain advice. We list the organizations by the county where the office is located, but many offices serve multiple counties. We indicate the “counties served” whenever possible. Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) provides legal representation to low-income individuals in civil matters. Legal representation is provided in the areas of domestic and sexual violence, family, housing, consumer, public benefits, tax law, elder law and more. Services also include social service referrals and case management. LSNF serves Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc. (Orlando Office)
Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc. (CLSMF) provides free legal services for low to moderate income individuals. Legal aid and advice services include: domestic violence, family law, children and education, housing, public benefits, elder advocacy, veterans, and tax controversy assistance. Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc. serves Orange County.
Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc.
The Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. provides legal services to low income and homeless individuals. Legal Services include family law (divorce, custody, and guardianship), housing law (private tenant problems and foreclosure), consumer law, immigration (adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, and other immigrant matters), and guardian ad litem. Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. serves Orange County.
Mil Mujeres (MM) provides legal services to low-income individuals in the Latino community. Mil Mujeres specializes in immigration benefits for survivors of violent crimes in the United States and gender related crimes. However, MM provides services to other survivors as well. Services include U visa, VAWA, DACA, T visa, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).
