GreenHouse 17, formerly the Bluegrass Domestic Violence Program, is a nonprofit organization committed to ending intimate partner abuse in families and the community. Services include: 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, safety planning, legal advocacy, children’s safe exchange and visitation, support groups, medical/dental treatment, counseling, supportive housing services, and transportation assistance. Their shelter is located on a farm and offers nature-based healing, nutritious farm-to-table produce, and job training. Serving Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Powell, Scott, and Woodford counties.

Turning Point Domestic Violence Services is a residential facility that provides emergency shelter and advocacy services to victims and their eligible dependents. Individuals are provided a comprehensive service program based on individual needs. Services include: 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, case management, safety planning, counseling, advocacy, referrals, services for youth/teens/children, and more. Serving the Big Sandy Area Development District including Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin, and Pike counties.
