The Dove Center provides services to female and male adult and children victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, advocacy, accompaniment to legal medical, and other related appointments. The Dove Center serves Garrett County.
