The Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center (SARC) provides services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, safe housing, counseling, crisis intervention, and an Abuser Intervention Program. SARC serves Harford County.

KCSC is an accredited Asian domestic violence service provider. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, counseling, case management, education programs, and referrals to other community resources. All services are linguistically and culturally sensitive for the Asian community.
