Advocates Against Domestic Abuse - HOPE provides emergency housing through safe housing program and transitional housing.

Alexandra House supports those affected by domestic, sexual, and relationship violence, including elder abuse. Provides 24-hour emergency shelter, support services, and advocacy to battered women and their families. Alexandra House also offers support to friends and family of victims/survivors and other concerned persons.

Lakes Crisis & Resource Center (LCRC) offers a 24 hour crisis helpline, support groups, community outreach, referrals, legal and personal advocacy. Also, the Mary’s Place shelter is available for women and their children who have been victims of domestic violence and / or sexual assault. Mary’s Place offers immediate safety to affected individuals while meeting basic needs.

Someplace Safe services are free and confidential and available to all victims and survivors of crime. Including those who have experienced: domestic violence, sexual violence and exploitation, human and labor trafficking, and other crimes such as elder abuse, harassment, stalking and others. Offering a 24 hr helpline, advocacy services, support groups, education and short term emergency placement services. Also providing Parenting Time Centers for supervised visitations and exchanges for children and their families. Serving Wilkin, Otter Tail, Wadena, Douglas, Pope, Grant, Traverse, Big Stone, Stevens counties.

CADA advocates provide 24-hour crisis intervention, support and emergency shelter to victims of domestic violence. Assistance in securing emergency services, shelter, legal advocacy, parenting time center, community education, information and referrals. Serving an eight county region including, Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan Counties.

Safe Avenues is home to the only emergency safe shelter for victims of domestic and sexual violence in 18 counties in the Southwestern corner of Minnesota. The Refuge Network - Family Pathways offers a 24 hr crisis line, emergency shelter, support groups and legal advocacy for women and families. Serving Isanti, Chisago, Kanabec, Pine and Carlton countiens.

The Violence Prevention Center provides services to persons and their families who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. Services include: 24 hour crisis line, advocacy, emotional support groups, short term emergency housing, referrals and community speakers.

The Southwest Crisis Center supports individuals impacted by sexual, domestic violence and human trafficking.Services offered include a 24 Hour Crisis Line, emergency transportation to medical facilities, law enforcement, safe-housing, assistance in obtaining an Order for Protection, Harassment Order, housing, community services, and medical appointments, and general support. Serving Nobles, Rock, Pipestone, Cottonwood and Jackson counties.

Women’s Center of Mid-Minnesota provides 24-hour emergency shelter and advocacy services for battered women, men and their children; offers a safe and family-friendly place for court-ordered supervised child visitation and for safe exchanges of children for unsupervised visits with the non-custodial parent.

Freeborn County Crime Victim’s Crisis Center provides court accompaniment, victim advocacy, groups for children who witness violence, an educational group for women, assistance with orders for protection and restraining orders.

Serving Houston County and surrounding communities.

Advocates for Family Peace serves victims of intimate partner domestic violence. In particular, people experiencing an on-going pattern of coercion, intimidation, and emotional abuse, reinforced by the use and threat of physical and/or sexual violence. Offering 24 hr helpline, advocacy, information, resources, supportive listening and evaluating risks to provide assistance when a victim’s intimate partner has been arrested and/or assistance in filing a restraining order when needed. Women’s Shelter Inc. provides temporary shelter, transitional housing, safety planning, transportation, assistance during criminal and civil court proceedings, writing Orders for Protection and Harassment Orders, and applying for various assistance resources. Satellite offices in Kasson, Olmsted County Government Center, and Preston.

Violence Intervention Project (VIP) offers: safe shelter for battered women and their children, emergency transportation, safety planning for all victims, support groups, information, referrals to other agencies, accompaniment to appointments and supervised visitation. Serving Kittson, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake, and Roseau counties.
