Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, legal and court assistance, counseling, support groups, housing assistance, services for the elderly and persons with disabilities, referrals, and community education and prevention programs. The REACH shelter, Laura’s House, is available for victims, their dependents, and registered service animals.

Safelight, formerly Mainstay, provides support for survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, counseling, case management, support groups, housing support, and job training. Safelight operates a Child Advocacy Center where children and their families are provided crisis intervention due to abuse. Their Family Advocacy Center (317 N. Washington Street) is a central location where victims can access legal advocacy, law enforcement, and emergency room advocacy in one place. Services provided in English and Spanish. Serving Henderson County.
