Local Programs

Clackamas Women’s Services (CWS) provides services to victims of domestic and/or sexual violence and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling and support groups, community based services (housing program, legal advocacy, family advocacy, and education trainings), youth education and prevention program, and culturally-specific programing. Clackamas Women’s Services serves Clackamas County.

The Harbor provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, safety planning, protective order assistance, legal and medical advocacy, and information and referrals to outside resources. The Harbor serves Clatsop County.

SAFE of Columbia County provides services to everyone affected by domestic and/or sexual violence, including intimate partner violence, rape, stalking, elder abuse, child abuse, gender-based harassment and unwanted sexual advances.

The SAFE Project provides services to victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, crisis response team, counseling and support groups, and community training initiatives. The SAFE Project serves Coos County.

Oasis Advocacy and Shelter provides services to adult and child victims and survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter/safe house, resource information and referrals, emergency and appointment transportation (local locations), emergency food, clothing, and household items, education and prevention classes in-school at the middle and high school levels, court advocacy, accompaniment by Sexual Assault Task Force (SART) trained advocates to hospital for sexual assault victims, peer support groups, case management and client services, and public education. Oasis Advocacy and Shelter serves Curry County.
