The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is a network of 60 local domestic violence programs that provide free and confidential direct services to nearly 90,000 victims and survivors of domestic violence and their children in all 67 counties of the Commonwealth. You can find your local domestic violence program in Pennsylvania on their website, as well as resources and information about domestic violence. PCADV also works at the legislative level to advocate for policies which help victims and survivors in issues like housing, program funding, and violence prevention. PCADV also offers legal information and referrals through PA Safe Law, which has attorneys who answer legal questions and provide legal information, resources, and referrals on non-criminal matters via phone.
