The House of Thought provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and date rape. They offer legal services in the Aibonito and Guayama judicial regions, such as representation and advocacy. Other services include counseling, emotional support, psychological services, education, and prevention.

Early Head Start is a program that promotes the healthy and comprehensive child, family, and community development. Early Head Start services include: daycare, early intervention, health, nutrition, mental health, social services, and more.
