The YWCA - Greater Memphis is the primary provider of domestic violence services in West Tennessee. Offering 24 hour emergency domestic violence shelter in Shelby County. If you are in danger, need to speak with an advocate, have general questions about domestic violence or a specific situation you would like to talk through, please call the YWCA’s 24-hour Crisis & Support Helpline at 1-901-725-4277. The YWCA provides additional services to help victims become safe and self-sufficient: 24-hour Crisis & Support Helpline, emergency shelter, one-on-one case management services, adult and children’s counseling, legal referral services, financial literacy education and career counseling.
