SAFE is a domestic violence and sexual assault program with a designated service area of both Towns County and Union County. SAFE operates an emergency shelter, provides legal advocacy, referral services, children’s programs, family violence assessments and case management, prevention education programs, sexual assault prevention and services, and a family support center program.

Promise Place provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, weekly support groups, legal advocacy, emergency needs assistance, transitional housing and safety planning. They provide services to Fayette, Spalding, Pike, and Upson counties.
