Cache County Victim Services Division consists of three full-time advocates who service serious offenses charged in First District court and a fourth part-time advocate who services misdemeanor offenses in Logan City Justice Court. Victim services are provided in both English and Spanish. Advocates wo to assist victims through the criminal court process. A primary role is to ensure that the victim’s rights are protected. Victim rights laws are designed to ensure that victims are kept informed, remain free from harassment, and are treated respectfully.

CAPSA offers services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, advocacy and support services, a 24-hour response team, therapy services, and children´s services. CAPSA serves Cache County and the Bear Lake area.

The Sexual Assault & Anti-Violence Information (SAAVI) Office is a campus-based office providing safe, confidential counseling, advocacy, and information to the Utah State University community. SAAVI’s services are open to all USU students, staff, and faculty.
