DOVE Center offers services to survivors of domestic abuse, dating violence, sexual assault, rape, sex trafficking, and stalking in Southern Utah. Services include: a 24-hour hotline (English/Spanish), emergency shelter, outreach center, counseling and support groups, case management, rape and sexual assault victim advocacy, court advocacy, medical advocacy, and on-campus advocacy at Utah Tech University. Dove Center serves Washington County.
