Safe Haven Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Center of Shawano provides support to women and their children, who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse. A 24 hr hotline, support groups that discussed safety planning, self-esteem, assertiveness, self-sufficiency and life without violence are available at the Center. A Children’s Group is held at the same time as the women’s support group.

The Stockbridge-Munsee Family Services Program seeks to provide educational programing and direct services to families of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community. Services include: emergency shelter, independent living skills for adults and teens, supervised visitation for youth and elderly, emergency food and clothing, domestic violence training, staffing in-services, information and referral, parenting in-home and office, assessments for adolescents, client and youth transportation.
