Crisis Intervention & Advocacy Center serves victims/survivors of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and violent crime, as well as those experiencing homelessness. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency and transitional housing, legal/medical advocacy, safety planning, trauma-informed counseling, support groups, prevention education, court/hospital accompaniment, interpretation/translation services, and more. Advocates speak English and Spanish. Serving Adair, Adams, Clarke, Dallas, Decatur, Guthrie, Madison, Ringgold, Taylor, and Union counties.

The Dubuque Y Crisis Services Program provides temporary emergency shelter and supportive services to victims-survivors of intimate partner violence and other violent crime committed against women and their children. Services include: a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, extended stay shelter (for eligible persons), safety strategies, emotional support, advocacy, case management, life skills education, employment readiness, and more. The DYCS offers toiletries and daily essentials such as diapers, laundry detergent, hygiene products, and food to shelter residents.

Riverview Center offers free and confidential services for survivors of sexual violence in 14 counties of Northeast Iowa. Services include: a 24-hour crisis hotline, legal/medical/social service advocacy, counseling, trauma-informed therapy, transition and basic needs assistance, and more. This office of Riverview Center serves Dubuque, Delaware, and South Clayton counties.
