Safe Passage is DeKalb County’s domestic violence and sexual assault crisis center. Services include: a 24-hour hotline and crisis text line, emergency shelter, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, safety planning, crisis intervention, case management, partner abuse intervention program, and community education.
