Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes provides a 24-hour hotline, counseling, peer groups, advocacy, case management, court accompaniment, petition assistance and transportation to Ontario County residents. Access to safe housing is also available to victims of domestic abuse and their children both in and out of Ontario County. In addition, Trauma Therapy and help with OVS Victim Compensation is available for victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault in Ontario, Wayne, Seneca and Yates counties.

Safe Homes provides emergency, non-emergency and wrap-around services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence. These services are available to residential and non-residential clients, including: 24-Hour Hotline; 17-Bed Shelter Facility; Residential and Non-Residential Advocates; Legal Assistance (Orange County Family Justice Center); A Liaison with the Department of Social Services; El Abrazo de Mis Hermanas (Latina Advocate);

Oswego County Opportunities provides crisis intervention and support for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or other violent crimes; people experiencing a housing crisis or difficulty meeting basic needs or other type of crisis. The Services to Aid Families program (SAF) provides residential and non-residential services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, elder abuse and stalking as well as crime victims.
