Partners Against Violence, formerly Coachella Valley Sexual Assault Services, provides support for survivors of sexual assault and violent crimes. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, accompaniment at medical and legal appointments, advocacy, individual and group counseling, prevention education, community training, and information and referrals. They have offices in the communities of San Bernardino, Coachella Valley, Morongo Basin, High Desert, Redlands, and Yucaipa.

REACH, formerly the Center Against Sexual Assault of Southwest Riverside County, serves victims of sexual and domestic violence, childhood trauma and abuse, and human trafficking. Services include: a 24-hour crisis line, emotional support, legal and medical information, safety planning, support groups, counseling, case management, and community education programs. REACH serves the following areas: Aguanga, Anza, Garner Valley, Gilman Hot Springs, Hemet, Homeland, Idyllwild, Lakeview, Mountain Center, Nuevo, Pine Cove, Sage, San Jacinto, and Winchester.
