Citizens Against Physical Sexual, & Emotional Abuse, Inc. (CAPSEA) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, a permanent housing program, a domestic violence program (counseling, options and referrals, counselor/advocate, accompaniment, transportation, and medical and legal advocacy), in Elk and Cameron County a sexual assault program (transportation, medical and legal advocacy, accompaniment, transportation, counselor/advocate, in Cameron County a homeless assistance program, prevention education programs, children’s programs, and support groups. CAPSEA serves Cameron and Elk Counties.

Safe Journey provides services to victims of domestic, dating, sexual, and stalking violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, counseling, emergency shelter, safety planning, Protection From Abuse (PFA) assistance, court accompaniment and transportation, empowerment groups, information and referrals to outside resources, children’s counseling and groups, financial assistance, and parenting after domestic violence classes.
