YWCA Hanover Safe Home provides free and confidential comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and Human Trafficking in Adams County. Services include a 24-hour hotline, temporary safe housing provided off site, referrals to local shelters, referral and support, options counseling, legal advocacy, accompaniment to legal, medical, and other appointments, child and adult therapy, Safe Pet program, community education and prevention, substance abuse treatment, civil legal referrals, and other supportive services.

HAVIN, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and their significant others. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal and medical advocacy and accompaniment, information and referrals to outside agencies, transportation, and outreach and education programs. HAVIN, Inc. serves Armstrong County.

Women’s Center of Beaver County provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour helpline, crisis services, shelter, transitional housing, legal and medical advocacy, adult counseling, help for teens, a children’s program, and prevention education. The Women’s Center of Beaver County serves Beaver County.

Your Safe Haven, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, incest, rape, homicide, and other crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal information (custody, PFA, divorce), victim/witness, Crime Victim Compensation assistance, community intervention and education, and a sexual assault response team. Your Safe Haven, Inc. serves Bedford County.

Safe Berks provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, 30-day emergency safe house, medical advocacy, counseling, residential services, education and community outreach, systems advocacy, and legal services. Safe Berks can provide legal representation for Protection From Abuse (PFA) order, Sexual Violence Protection order, and Protection from Intimidation order hearings. Safe Berks serves Berks County.

Family Services, Inc. provides services to victims of abuse and trauma. Services include a 24-hour hotline, a victim services program, counseling, family shelter, teen shelter, youth services, and an intellectual disabilities program. Family Services, Inc. serves Blair County.

The Abuse and Rape Crisis Center (ARCC) provides services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, counseling, emergency housing, legal advocacy and accompaniment, medical accompaniment, support groups, systems advocacy, community programs, and volunteer training. ARCC serves Bradford County.

A Woman’s Place (AWP) provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, full service shelter, free counseling available to residential and non-residential victims, support groups, a first response team, legal advocacy, and is part of the Civil Legal Representation (CLR) Program led by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCAD). A Woman’s Place serves Bucks County.

The Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe) provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing options, counseling, children services, Civil Legal Representation (CLR), legal advocacy, survivor accompaniment, and prevention education. VOICe’s CLR services includes, but is not limited to, custody, divorce, immigration, landlord/tenant issues, legal options, Protection From Abuse orders, and support. 

The Center County Women’s Resource Center provides services to victims of dating and domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling and advocacy, transitional housing, support groups, community education, legal representation in family law and immigration remedies, a child access center for safe child exchange and supervised visitation. Services offered are available to male and female survivors. The Centre County Women’s Resource Center serves Centre County.

The Clinton County Women’s Center provides services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, options/empowerment counseling, support groups, legal advocacy, youth advocacy, outreach, medical advocacy, referral information, community/school education and training. The Women’s Center’s legal advocate is available to assist with legal options and provide information concerning Protection From Abuse orders. The Clinton County Women’s Center serves Clinton County

The YWCA’s Violence Intervention and Prevention Services offers services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or human trafficking, and non-offending family members. Services include a 24-hour hotline, individual and group counseling, support groups, and medical and court accompaniments, and prevention education services. The YWCA of Greater Harrisburg serves Dauphin County.

Citizens Against Physical Sexual, & Emotional Abuse, Inc. (CAPSEA) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, a permanent housing program, a domestic violence program (counseling, options and referrals, counselor/advocate, accompaniment, transportation, and medical and legal advocacy), in Elk and Cameron County a sexual assault program (transportation, medical and legal advocacy, accompaniment, transportation, counselor/advocate, in Cameron County a homeless assistance program, prevention education programs, children’s programs, and support groups. CAPSEA serves Cameron and Elk Counties.

Crime Victims’ Center of Fayette County (CVC) provides services to victims of sexual assault, child abuse, physical assault, robbery, homicide, DUI, arson, and other violent crimes. Services include family support, parenting classes, Victims Compensation, medical and legal advocacy, and counseling and therapy. CVC serves Fayette County.

Women In Need, Inc. (WIN) provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy, community education and awareness. WIN serves Franklin and Fulton Counties.

The Alice Paul House offers services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, juvenile offenders, and other crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, medical and legal advocacy, and community awareness and education programs. The Alice Paul House serves Indiana County.

Community Action, Inc.’s Crossroads Project provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, empowerment counseling, safety planning, community domestic violence prevention education programs, school dating violence and prevention programs, advocacy to social, medical, and educational services, emergency shelter, transitional housing options (up to 24 months), relocation assistance, support groups, and legal advocacy. Community Action, Inc. primarily serves Clarion and Jefferson Counties.

The Women’s Resource Center, Inc. (WRC) provides services to adult and child victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, safe housing, legal support, counseling, education programs, systems advocacy, and a teen Women’s Resource Center. Legal services include representation, consultation and court preparation, safety planning, assistance with Protection From Abuse (PFA) orders, child custody, child support, divorce, nuisance ordinances from landlords, evictions, consumer debt, banking and tax issues, immigration issues, and employment cases. WRC serves Lackawanna and Susquehanna Counties.

The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County (CAP) provides services to low income families and/or victims of domestic violence. CAP’s Violence Prevention Program’s services include emergency shelter and counseling, a legal clinic, and prevention education. CAP serves Lancaster County.

The Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other serious crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, temporary emergency shelter, transitional housing, assistance and accompaniment with Protection From Abuse (PFA) orders, individual and group counseling and workshops, 24-hour medical and legal advocacy and accompaniment, system and individual advocacy, assistance to victims of juvenile offenders, assistance to victims of other serious crimes with emphasis on the elderly, community education and prevention trainings, and training for professionals. The Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County serves Lawrence County.

The Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon County, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include 30-day emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, children’s programs, and education and prevention programs. The Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon County, Inc. serves Lebanon County.

The Victims Resource Center (VRC) assists victims of sexual violence and other serious crimes. VRC also provides services to victims’ families and friends who are affected by the crime. Services include a 24-hour hotline, medical and legal accompaniment, assistance with crime victim compensation claims, assistance completing victim impact statements, assistance filing orders (PFA, PFI, and PSVI), assistance with restitution forms, legal advocacy, counseling, referral to safe housing, and information and referrals to outside resources. The Victims Resource Center serves Carbon, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.

The YWCA of Northcentral PA’s Wise Options program provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, assistance filing Protection From Abuse orders (PFA), counseling, and community education programs. Wise Options serves Lycoming County.

AWARE, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, an emergency response advocate, emergency housing, support groups, individual advocacy, youth services, legal advocacy, pet shelter, and community education and prevention outreach. AWARE serves Mercer County.

The Abuse Network provides services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and other crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, shelter, advocacy, accompaniment, support groups, empowerment and options counseling, community education and training, and information and referrals to outside sources. The Abuse Network serves Juniata, Mifflin, and Huntingdon Counties.

The Women’s Resources of Monroe County, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy and court accompaniment, medical accompaniment, and prevention and education programs. Women’s Resources of Monroe County, Inc. serves Monroe County.

Transitions provides services to victims of all serious crimes, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, bullying, and dating violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency safe house, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, adult and child counseling, sexual assault services, support groups, and education and community outreach. Transitions serves Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties.

The Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties (DVSCP) provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, crisis counseling, individual and group counseling, support groups, medical and legal accompaniment, referral services, children’s programs, AMEND Batterers’ Intervention Program, and professional training and public education. DVSCP serves Cumberland and Perry Counties.

Safe Haven of Pike County, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or other crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, Children’s advocacy center, emergency overnight assistance, empowerment advocacy, Lethality Assessment Program (LAP), legal and medical advocacy, Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT), school programs, support groups, presentations and trainings, and a Pike County Taskforce on Interpersonal Violence. A Way Out provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, individual advocacy, medical accompaniment, emergency shelter, individual counseling, legal advocacy, support groups, and community education and prevention. A Way Out serves Potter County.

Schuylkill Women in Crisis (SWiC) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, information and referral, emergency shelter, individual and group supportive crisis counseling, children’s programming, safety planning, limited transportation and food assistance, advocacy on behalf of victims with other community systems, transitional housing, case management, and volunteer training. SWiC serves Schuylkill County.

Sullivan County Victim Services (SCVS) provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, counseling, Crime Victims Compensation and Protection Order assistance, support groups, medical and legal accompaniment, emergency short-term shelter, and prevention education trainings. SCVS serves Sullivan County.

Haven of Tioga County provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, individual and legal advocacy, empowerment and options counseling, medical and legal accompaniment, safety planning, assistance in obtaining a Protection From Abuse Order (PFA), children’s services, assistance filing Crime Victims Compensation Claims, free school and community programs, information and referrals, free temporary housing, telecounseling, relocation assistance, and assistance paying for emergency medical expenses. Haven of Tioga County serves Tioga County.

The Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern PA provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, temporary shelter, transportation, empowerment counseling and support groups, information and referrals, advocacy, accompaniment, legal advocacy, transitional housing, children’s program, prevention projects in schools, and community education and training programs. The Victims’ Intervention Program provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, individual counseling, assistance with Protection From Abuse Orders and Crime Victim Compensation Claims, emergency shelter, emergency transportation, accompaniment to court, legal aid, policy, hospitals, and social service agencies, risk reduction workshops, professional trainings, and information and referrals. The Blackburn Center provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and other types of violent crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling and therapy, support groups, medical advocacy and accompaniment, and legal system support.
