The Victim Services Center of Montgomery County, Inc. provides services to crime victims and their families. Services include a 24-hour hotline, medical and legal advocacy, individual and group counseling, and community prevention education. The Victim Services Center of Montgomery County, Inc. has a Crime Victims Law Project (CVLP) that provides legal assistance for sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking victims in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. The CVLP provides free legal representation and assistance to victims with legal issues including (but not limited to) Protection From Abuse orders (PFAs), child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support/alimony, divorce, sexual harassment, housing, safety planning, creditor, intervention and economic advocacy, name change petitions, school-based issues, work-based issues, and immigration issues.
