The Crisis Center provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, information and referrals, short-term emergency housing for women and children, victim advocacy (court and law enforcement), medical accompaniment, case management, and counseling. The Crisis Center of Anderson & Cherokee Counties serves Cherokee and Anderson Counties.

The Family Crisis Center of East Texas, Inc. provides services to men, women, and children who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour emergency hotline, emergency shelter, transportation, crisis intervention, case management, legal advocacy, child advocacy, sexual assault advocacy, advocacy for employment and housing, peer support groups, individual and family counseling, therapy groups, emergency financial assistance, and transitional housing. Other community services include primary prevention and community education. The Family Crisis Center of East Texas serves Angelina, Houston, Nacogdoches, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, and Trinity Counties.

The Safer Path Family Violence Shelter, formerly the Family Crisis Center, provides services to victims of sexual violence, family violence, and dating violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, crisis intervention, legal advocacy, support groups, counseling, transitional housing assistance, transportation, medical/legal accompaniment, community education, awareness programs, and referrals.
